1. Registration for Service

To be a Member of Dating-blind.co.uk you must be over 12 years of age and acknowledge that other Members will be able to view your profile. The website is non-adult related and does not allow any adult related information to post. A member can submit information about them and contact other members of the website. Dating-blind.co.uk has an opportunity to check new registered and existing members’ profiles, fix the mistakes. We do not represent the information submitted by members but we monitor the movement on the website. Spam is not allowed here. You will be instantly banned. We are not able to verify every picture or data the member has submitted. Should a member arrange any meetings with any other member through the use of the Dating-blind.co.uk then he/she should do so at their own risk and exercise such precautions as would be deemed necessary to ensure personal safety. Dating-blind.co.uk may copy and/or reproduce any information sent or posted on the web. If members post or send any confidential information about themselves to other members then they do so at their own risk. Each member types in a login name he has chosen for identification along with a password to enable to login to the profile. This login and password are strictly private and confidential and must not be shared or passed to a third party. Dating-blind.co.uk shall not be liable for the loss of any password and or login identification by the member.

2. Contract

After verification the profile will go online and the member will be able to upload the pictures. Pictures have to be approved by Dating-blind.co.uk in order to avoid fake pictures.

4. Members Obligations

6. Intellectual property rights and confidentiality

This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between you the Member and Dating-blind.co.uk. These terms and conditions of use shall be governed, construed and applied in accordance with UK Law.
