Do you know what Arabic is for “oil change”? Neither do we. What we do know is that it can get quite expensive. Like mind-blowing kind of expensive.

Car oil change is pretty much the most basic DIY thing you can do to your car in the garage and save the money so you can buy a beer later in the night. Most people, though, do that during the regular car servicing at the authorized dealers. And for normal people it usually costs normal amounts of money.

However, a billionaire Qatar Sheikh is not your normal ordinary guy. His £190,000 Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 driven by Batman in movie The Dark Night needs an oil change every now and then as well. It is hard to tell, whether he could not find a proper garage in the entire Persian gulf or there was some other matter, but the Lambo was flown to the United Kingdom.

The actual service bill was reported to be £3,552. That‘s a lot, right? Well, what if we say the actual transportation flight by Qatar airlines has cost as much as 20 grand. Yep, money is not exactly an object in this case.

The cargo handler at the Heathrow airport wasn‘t very pleased with the environmental issues, saying it would‘ve been far more efficient just fo fly the mechanics to the Middle East.

But since when do oil-rich Arab Sheikhs care about fuel or environment efficiency?
